I went west past Brantford last evening chasing a tempting gap in the
cloud cover and still had no success - the clouds were awful. I'm going
to try again tonight; the comet SHOULD be a naked eye object 20-30
minutes after sunset, a little south of the point of sunset and not
more than 7 degrees above the horizon 20-30 minutes after sunset.<br>

Same thing here in the Sault. Clear overhead, but the Sun set into
a cloud bank that did not lift until after 23:00. The day started out
clear here, but clouds are moving in and we are supposed to get rain
for the next two days.<br>
