I thoroughly enjoyed this evenings meet-up and social gathering on Zoom.
Thanks to all those present for chiming in with their 2 cents of advice on beginning in astrophotography.
I used binoculars for years before buying a telescope and I feel that with the advice you have all given I may be enjoying an entry level DSLR in the not too distant future.
Enjoy the lunar eclipse this night or enjoy the spectacular pictures you will almost certainly see online tomorrow and throughout the week.
