Come on out and bring your 'scope.


We'll be looking at some star clusters, Uranus, and the Moon.  Gates open at 7:30pm.

The forecast is looking good for Friday night, according to Environment Canada.

A mix of sun and cloud with 40 percent chance of flurries. High plus 4.
Night
Clear. Low minus 12
So, ensure you dress warmly, and particularly bring warm footwear.  I'll try to get out a little early to turn the heaters on.


If you're NOT bringing a telescope, please park on the south side of the parking lot.  If you require power, bring your own extension cord.

The Moon
The Pleiades (M42)
Orion Nebula (M42)
Uranus


And I think Pallas reached opposition a couple of days ago, so we might try for that!
