Title: How to post “Announcements” that will be sent as an email to ALL forum users

This article will show you how to post an announcement that will also get sent as an email. Only current board members (and administrators) have the power to do this.

Start by giving your Post a Subject.

Then craft your message as you would with any other "text" message apps. The controls seen above the text window is how you can make things appear in Bold/Italics/etc. Simply highlight the text by holding down on the left mouse button, then click one of the icons above and you will see that the app inserts formatting characters at the beginning and end of the highlighted text.

To embed a hyperlink, paste your hyperlink, http://hamiltonrasc.ca/forum/index.php (http://hamiltonrasc.ca/forum/index.php) and then highlight that link and press the "globe" icon seen above

You can preview your work by selecting "preview" found at the bottom right of this text window.
