Annual General Meeting

Hi Folks,
Just a reminder, the annual general meeting (AGM) will take place Thursday Oct 4th @ 8:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion in Waterdown.  A number of directors reports including the financials will be given.  In addition, the new Board will be elected.

If you are interested in running for the board, please submit  your nomination (form attached) by end of day Monday Sept 24 to Chris Talpas via email  c.talpas*at*sympatico.ca  (not *at* is to be substituted -this is to avoid spam)
