Please note that in my editorial, I state that the eclipse is on Monday, September 28. This is correct if you live your life in Universal Time. If, however, you live in the Eastern time zone (like many of us, but not all), then you have to subtract four hours from that to give Eastern Daylight Time. You can find the times for the eclipse in EDT on page 9. Finally, please note that I'd like any submissions for the October issue to be sent to me the day after the Lunar eclipse. This meeting will include presentation for our vision of the club and an opportunity for the members to share in the process of defining activities and events as well as goals and objectives both short term and long term for the club. We will also be holding elections for the new board for 2015 - 2016. All will not be business but several members will be presenting pictures from recent astronomy events including the most recent total lunar eclipse...if you have pictures be sure to let me know so I can include you in the program! Please make this meeting if you are able as we need as many members to participate in this evening as possible!
