RASC Hamilton Stellarvue MG2 Mount

Does anyone in the club have / use (or know someone who does) a Stellarvue MG2 mount?

Seems Stellarvue suspended sales of these mounts due to quality issues.  However, they are once again taking orders, with deliveries anticipated to resume later this year.

The advantage this mount has over my current M2 mount is that it is geared and has slo-mo controls + it can handle two OTA’s.

I’ve picked up an inexpensive inclinometer (just need to figure best way to mount – something better than duct-tape) and would plan to strap a 360 degree circle around the mount..........then coupled with Stellarium on my laptop and it’s alt-az coordinates, I’d have a so-so object locater.......hopefully good enough for a wide-field eyepiece (e.g. Pan35 mm).

Any feedback anyone has on the SV MG2 mount would be appreciated.
