The observatory of course! Okay, not really.
I did have a few hours today so did some cleanup. Bagged all the garbage
(there was a lot!). Lots of mouse evidence, including a deadmaus. We need to
be more dilgent in getting rid of food-related garbage, or they will move
in.

Is there a vacuum up there ?  Floors are bad, and mouse turds in evidence.

Tidied up bookshelves inside. We now have Sky&Tel, SkyNews, and some
astronomy all organized and it was fun seeing the Hale-Bopp and other pix
from a few years back. Check it out when you have a chance.

Put various eyepieces/adapters in the red eyepiece toolbox in the rolloff.

The LX200 8" now has a piggyback bracket mounted on the front so you can use
with a camera.  Keep your eyes peeled for a superwedge for it. If you have
one not being used, maybe "loaner" ?

There is an APC UPS (Battery backup) on the PC and 16" scope for surge
protection and power interruption protection. The batteries are a couple
years old, but should last for a while yet.  To powerup the PC and scope,
push the little button on the UPS (its a beige box near the right hand side
of the desk on the floor).

I tidied up some PC cabling and think all is working, including GPS time.
Replaced the wall clock's battery - i think it is receiving a time signal
now so should stay pretty darn accurate.

I tried to fix the sign out front (576 on a post) but it needs tools I didnt
have.
