Suggestion.... at the time of the posted ISS flyby, stick your head outdoors and take a peek.

Hi Colin,

I download the local Hamilton, Ontario ISS flyover information from the NASA website. Only those ISS flyovers that can be observed unaided from the ground in and around the Hamilton area are being posted. RASC Hamilton Centre website has Environment Canada clear sky information for at least two nights in advance. With both sources of information, members can decide for themselves whether conditions are good enough to observe the ISS flyovers.

Thanks for sending.
It would be helpful if you correlated the flyovers with clear-sky 
data, so we knew which ones were likely to be seen.
