    A report from Calgary last night, where it was clear in the west, 
was negative.  They could not see anything.  Tonight, with a better 
sight window than last night, the comet is a mere nine degrees above the 
horizon at Sun set and the comet itself sets 55 minutes later.  This is 
going to be a tough observation unless the comet is really bright.  Mars 
is eight degrees to the north (due right), so if you can see Mars, you 
may be able to see the comet.
    The day started out nice and clear here, but it is now completely 
overcast and heavy and it feels like rain.
