Hey Gary

 

I drove by the observatory today and the place is in need of some serious
grass cutting. Would have done some cutting but didn't have a key for the
round hut. Also there are some rather large trees that look like they are
ready to come down across the road with a good wind or heavy snow. They
should be cut down. Perhaps we can organize a day when a few guys can come
out to get the place in shape for winter.

Hello All,
It is that time of year when our club meetings are about to begin again...I
hope everyone had a great summer. Our first meeting of the year is THIS
Thursday September 3, 2015 at 8:00pm at the Legion in Waterdown!
As tradition holds it...our first meeting is a time for the membership to
tell us all about their astronomical adventures over the summer. If you have
an event or pictures you have taken over the summer, or have a new piece of
equipment you would like to share.... please let me know so I can slot you
into the program for Thursday evening. Let me know how much time you will
need....it should be a fun night getting back together and reviewing what we
did over the summer..
