A couple of days ago, members of the Hamilton Centre received an email
letting them know how to log on to the new Forum.  As you may have read
in Orbit (http://www.hamiltonrasc.ca/Orbit/orbjan16.pdf pages 4 and 5),
the Hamilton Centre is implementing a Forum for communication to, and
among, its members and other interested people.  

These "Friends of the Centre" include potential members, and people
whose membership has lapsed.

To get to the forum, please go to http://hamiltonrasc.ca/forum/ and log
in.

Your username is firstname.lastname. So, mine, for instance, is
roger.hill.

Your password is your postal code.  No space or hyphen, all upper case.
So, if the Hamilton Centre had a password, it would be L0R2H0 .

When you connect, I suggest that the first thing you do is to change
your password.  

How to Change Your Password:
Hover your mouse pointer over Profile and select Account Settings.
Change your password, and click Change Profile.  Your password should be
at least 8 characters long and a mixture of numbers and letters.  It
cannot be your username.


There are some people for whom we do not have a postal code, so if you
have any issues connecting, send an email to   editor at hamiltonrasc.ca
telling me the problem.  Please include your firstname.lastname and I'll
send you a new password.

Please be aware that the old email list will be shut down in about a
week.  We may use it for announcements, but the ability to reply will be
removed.
