RASC Hamilton - Members Only Hamilton Eclipse Event - Last Call for Volunteers

As you know we have been furiously planning an eclipse viewing at CF Lime
Ridge for April 8th and just a few minutes ago a message was sent to
approximately 25 people who have stepped up to volunteer and help out that
day. I'm sending this out to ensure I cover my bases and not missing
anyone.

If you're still interested in helping out on April 8th - there;s still time
to throw your telescope in the ring. We have approximately 25 volunteers
thus far, but we can always use more hands.

Here are the areas in which we can use support:


   - Setup and take down
   - We have approximately 10 telescopes that need operators
   - Crowd engagement with trivia or facts
   - Crowd control and sharing local information
   - Presenting one of a handful of pre-prepared
   presentations/demonstrations (if you have a topic in mind please share)
   - Watching designated equipment areas
   - Talking about membership
   - Kids craft and colouring station

*Let me know if there's something specific you'd like to do, or a
particular skill set you'd like to apply.*

Very appreciative of any extra hands we can get.
