[RASC Hamilton Special Announcement] AstroCATS Volunteer Orientation Meeting - Wed. May 22 OR Thursday May 23

AstroCATS is less than 1 week away and we think we're going to put on a
great show.

 

We've added a few more exhibitors and sponsors in the past week and we are
eager to see what goodies they bring.

 

For those who have volunteered for duty at the show, we are holding an
"Orientation" meeting on Wed. and Thursday. You do NOT need to go to both
nights. We are doing 2 nights to help make sure you can work it into your
schedule.

 

"Orientation" simply means that you will learn what your job is as well as
the jobs of other people so that we can all be "good ambassadors" when
guests ask you questions. 

 

Please make sure you attend one of the 2 nights. 

 

The meeting with be at 7:30 PM at the observatory.
