[RASC Hamilton Special Announcement] Planetarium Meeting at the RBG

For everyone who has advised me they will be coming. Please note the following details:

We’ve been given use of the Executive Meeting Room (EMR) for our meeting at 4 PM this Thursday, 14 January. The meeting room is on the second floor of RBG Centre, off of the public mezzanine area. I will be at the public entrance desk around 3:50 PM to watch for folks and make sure everyone finds their way upstairs. The room is reached by going past the gift shop area, turning left, and then going upstairs. The EMR is a glass-walled area just past the large doors to our former library.
