[RASC Hamilton Special Announcement] Contest open to Hamilton Centre Forum users...

There will be a really nice line up of all the classical planets and the Moon in the pre-dawn sky at the end of January, 2016.

They will span 70 degrees across the sky from Mercury to Jupiter.  

The best picture taken of this event, and posted on our Forum no later than February 1st, 2016,  will win an RASC baseball cap.  The prize will be awarded at the general meeting on Thursday, February 4th.

Rules:
1) The contest is open to members and non-members alike.  

2) All entries must be posted on the Forum.

3) Each entry must have been taken by the forum user.  

4) No emailed entries will be accepted.

5) Please provide the following information about each entry:
   Where was it taken from, and when.
   What was used to take the picture (phone, point-and-shoot camera, DSLR, etc.)
   Exposure information and any processing details.   

Please go to the forum at http://hamiltonrasc.ca/forum/index.php , log in, scroll down to the Astronomy Section and look in Contests.  Post your pictures by replying to the "January, 2016" topic.
