RASC Hamilton 15x70mm binoculars - $49.99

Mike, From my experience, you can not hand-hold these and keep them steady enough for good viewing, so you’ll need something like a tripod to steady them. If you had a tripod that could be set up low to the ground and then lay down under them, that would work. Or, Andy Blanchard once showed us a device (using a mirror along with the binocs.) and it worked superbly…cannot remember what it’s called.
